Solar Panel Installation

Last year, the Club decided to install a series of solar cells on the roof of the Lorax's garage, in order to completely sever any connection from the car to non-renewable energy on the power grid. The ten cells we installed are remarkably efficient, and in fact often provide more power than the car can use. Installation of the cells was similarly efficient, and only took a single Saturday to complete. On an interesting note, the cells do not only power the electric car; they also have the capability of helping to power the rest of Methacton.
